Highland Boundary

As much as we love the fact that most of 2018’s exhibitors enjoyed themselves so much that they’ve decided to return to our whisky festival this year, we also love the chance to welcome new exhibitors. So, we are delighted to announce that Highland Boundary Scottish Spirit will be joining us for the 2019 Fife Whisky Festival.

Founded by Marian and Simon, this spirit is flavoured using only hand picked Scottish botanicals either found on their farm or nearby. The farm is situated near Alyth in Perthshire on the Highland Boundary Fault line; hence the name!

These botanicals are then combined with grain spirit and spring water from the Alyth hills. Highland Boundary’s first release is a Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit and they assure us that you won’t have tasted anything like this before!

Well, we think it’s always good to try something new. So if your New Year’s resolutions include giving your palate a bit of a shake up and tasting something different, be sure to head over to the Highland Boundary stand on 9th March and give this ‘malternative’ a go!
