Our malty musings...

Loch Fyne Whiskies (2018)

Published on: 28/01/18 by Justine

Anyone heading along the A83 to Campbeltown, or Kennacraig en route to Islay, will pass Loch Fyne Whiskies in Inverary. The shop is just a few minutes stroll from the banks of Loch Fyne; we’re guessing the clue’s in the name!

As well as the fantastic whisky store, Loch Fyne Whiskies also offer their own range of single cask whisky, blended malts and blends. In particular, their Living Cask range is bottled from casks which are constantly topped up and never emptied.

Here at Fife Whisky Festival HQ, we were really hoping that whisky expert, Hamish, would be around on the day to offer you a wee dram. However, we appreciate that he’s getting on a bit now so the journey would prove too much for him.

Lucky for you, Andrew and the team will be on hand instead to pour some cracking whiskies. Be sure to head over to the Loch Fyne Whiskies stand and when you get there, tell them that Hamish sent you.
