Distilled at InchDairnie Distillery in Glenrothes (on 5th December 2018)

Matured in a refill bourbon hogshead

Bottled at 59.7% (on 6th February 2025) by Lady of the Glen in Dalgety Bay.

Only 161 bottles

Tasting notes: notes of lemon sponge cake as well as hints of log ash. The lemon citrus flavour evolves on the palate, cutting through the ashy notes leaving a delicate, elegant sweet peat note on the finish.

This year's festival whisky was both distilled and bottled in Fife!
